I recently moved back to Missoula and needed auto insurance for my vehicle. I check around a few places and decided to go with Emily's agency because I got a great rate with great service! Unlike other providers I didn't get pushed to an online calculator but had a real human reach out to me to understand my situation and get me a quote that worked specifically for my needs, shout out to Nikki! I had the pleasure of sitting down with Austin today to review and compare auto and renter’s insurance coverage. I came into the meeting with limited knowledge of the different options available to me, but during our conversation Austin explained all of the various options so elegantly I was able to walk out with a great understanding of the finer details regarding insurance. Austin is friendly, patient, and extremely intelligent which made the experience enjoyable and easy to understand every detail he had prepared for me.

Emily and her team are awesome! Nikki is friendly and helpful, and Kelsy keeps everything running smoothly with a smile. They’re all super kind, easy to talk to, and really take the time to help you out. It’s nice working with people who genuinely care and make things simple. Highly recommend this State Farm office!

I recently relocated back to Missoula & needed to switch my vehicle insurance. Kelsy and Emily were so incredible to work with! They took the time to review my policy, how they may be different in MT than my previous state, removed/added coverage and contacted my previous agent to get everything transferred over. It probably took no more than 30 minutes at the most and everything was done over the phone. Can't wait to continue this relationship in the future!!!!!!!!!
