I was contacted via email three years after leaving the agency because I sold my car. Despite my clear request not to be contacted again, I continued to receive emails. This persistence makes me question whether this person, April Joiner, is incapable of basic comprehension or simply disrespectful. Given the continued emails after my request, I'm inclined to believe it’s the latter. April Joiner should have respected my wishes when I asked not to be contacted again, yet she continued to reply and message me. Because of this, I will never consider this agency for auto insurance in the future.

I recently reviewed an email copy of my auto insurance policy that is scheduled for renewal later this month. Everything was clearly presented and easy to understand. There was one major change. My granddaughter needed to be removed from the policy. I sent a return message to take her off. I received a quick response with the information needed to remove her. After I provided the information I quickly received the revised policy details. The whole process from review to finalization went very well, easier and faster than I expected. I'm very pleased with the professional, courteous and expedited service I received. I got all the coverage I needed at a very reasonable cost. Keep up the good service

I'm very well pleased with the overall team at Allstate. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Taking the time to review different coverage to find the best one for me. The quotes were quick and easy to understand. And under others I had received from other insurance companies.

This agency was one of the most friendly and helpful places during my 10 years in Citrus County, ranging from getting my insurance, closing my dad's insurances when he died, and closing my own when I left Citrus County.
