Dealing with Mark was easy, pleasant and very informative. Mark helped us sort out the bewildering array of choices that we were contemplating. Mark really took the time to make sure I picked the best Medicare plan for me, including making sure every one of my doctors, medical facilities, groups, etc. was associated with the chosen plan.
