EMC Insurance Companies

Very rubbish insurance company. I was hit by a truck on the road. I got the driver's insurance information and applied for compensation from the company. They also came to see my car. Then the insurance company kept dragging it out. It has been almost three months. I sent a message to the company's insurance agent，but he didn't respond to me My vehicle inspection has expired, but the damage to the rear of the car makes it impossible for me to pass. Now I can only ask my own insurance company for compensation, but I will get a criminal record.

A insured of EMC, a local Coventry company’s truck recently caused damage to my vehicle in Narragansett, Rhode Island. The driver pulled over for me to exchange information and assured me the owner would take care of it. I call the owner and he asked me to call his insurance to get paid. Well EMC states they will not pay for it. This is an example of this insurance company beware. Absolute trash for management. I will give the owner one last shot to do what is right before I seek litigation. Do not use Employers Casualty all they do is deny- bad company who do not care about people.
