I've been trying for weeks and weeks to sign up for a medigap policy with this company. Online: many technical issues Called for support, and went into an endless loop of people who couldn't help. Tried to call sales, and got a human-sounding person who just tried to upsell me (then I figured out it was actually a recording). She says "can you hear me okay"? I scream NO, and she just keeps talking. Finally I was able to apply online, and part of the process is to take payment before actually submitting the application (weird). Make the payment with a credit card, and baaaam, application no longer works and I'm in limbo. Called this morning and told them I want a refund. They were able to schedule my appointments.
