I’m rating one star because the option to rate zero stars is not available. This agency is hands down the most unprofessional organization I have had the displeasure of dealing with in quite some time. After requesting a farm policy quote, and promptly providing all requested information, I received a snotty call from the agent Elizabeth, almost four weeks later indicating that I had been withholding requested information- that her trusted office staff had never asked me for. Since I was anxiously waiting for the quote in order to set a closing date on a real estate transaction, I had been very forthcoming with everything they requested. During said snotty phone call, I read the transcript of the most recent voicemail from her office staff- which proved that I had provided exactly what the
