I received numerous emails from Danielle the agent to have them quote our renewal for our trucking company of 12 yrs. I called Danielle and sent her all of the required information.. She stated that she would have a quote to me back within a day or possibly two.. I emailed her a couple of times and asked for an indication or any kind of response or a phone call and she did not bother to even respond. Also, when I called in to check the status, she was nowhere to be found. This was a week later …after submitting everything. Please don’t spam our email with solicitation and put us on the do not use list.
