Have never had a bad experience with this company during sign up, renewal, or any problems or questions or claims. The staff is always responsive. The few times a claim has been made it has been easier than at any other insurance provider
Poor to none existing customer service, requesting a quote is like pulling a tooth from them. Manager Ron should do something else for a living. Much better independent insurance agency in town than this one.
