Bad customer service! My friend used their agency and the company she got coverage with went bankrupt and out of business before her contract was up. She wasn't properly notified and is now paying a higher rate because of a lapse in coverage!I recently tried to get a quote andd they were very rude and unprofessional on the phone. They said they couldn't run my drivers license number and hung up on me when I was still speaking. Completely unprofessional staff, I don't recommend this agency, there are many to choose from, pick another.
I have been using Elite for over 10 years and they are the absolute best!
