If I could give her less than one star I would. Elida never answers her phone or returns your missed call, is always “in a meeting,” doesn’t fix mistakes she’s made quickly, and is a very bad agent in general. I am an agent myself, in another department and company, and I NEVER treat my clients the way she treats hers. If I can’t answer my client’s call, I make sure to call them back ALWAYS. When my clients have a problem with their policy I drop what I am doing and fix it that same day. If I’m in a meeting I can step out from to answer a call, I do. It’s my business and my clients come first. Elida does not care about her clients nor does she show the slightest interest in doing so. I highly recommend you skip her and find another agent to help you.

So I went in today and they open at 9:30 not 8:30 I got at the location at 8:40 so I wait till 9:40 and nobody pulls into the parking lot so I go to another farmers insurance and get my renters insurance in mins
