I had just purchased a home in Florida and moved from Virginia when I asked a neighbor across the street for suggestions on how to find homeowner’s insurance. My neighbor highly recommended Elaine Jennings and she stated that Elaine was a wonderful insurance agent who had saved her a lot of money compared with other quotes she had gotten. So I scheduled an appointment and now I understand why my neighbor recommended Elaine Jennings Insurance Agency so highly. As soon as I entered Elaine’s offices, I realized that this is a very professional lady who takes pride in her work. This agency is really awful. I sold my house in March. The minute they realized I was cancelling my insurance they refused to answer my phone calls or respond to my faxes. I had to go directly to Southern Fidelity to cancel my policy. It is the middle of June and I still have not received my refund check.
