I reached out to EJC after Nationwide sent me a notice that they would not be renewing any of my rental Homeowners Insurance Policies. After calling several agencies, and insurance companies directly, I was referred to Kaysia to help me. I was very concerned and did not want a high deductible for my policies, however, I learned through this process that this is not something I can avoid. Kaysia was professional, she communicated every step of the way. Most importantly she gave me options, I was abele to secure Insurance for my rentals for a lot less than other companies quoted, and though the deductible was 1%, she was able to connect me with another company called Zola who offered insurance coverage for my deductibles, all for a very low premium. Heather was great and helped me save so much on my homeowners and auto insurance. She kept me up to date and gave me price breakdowns and different options for coverage.
