Worked with a kind lady a couple months ago who worked with my insurance agency on the north shore to get some new car documents stamped. Great experience. Today I went to get some similar work done and was actually considering swapping to them for my insurance when I spoke with someone else who was very rude with me and then refused to do the exact same work I got done earlier. Not getting my business again. First person I spoke with was nice and patient with me at least.

I've been with EJ Stochaj for a couple years now, even though their office is absolutely nowhere near me. Kristen is so helpful, patient, thorough, speedy, and anticipates every need. Aside from that, they always make sure I'm getting the best deal possible! As someone that works in the mortgage/auto loan industry, I know just how rare all these qualities are in an agency. I can't recommend them enough!

The owner of this business is a slum Lord. Had is lawyer wrote up an agreement to reimburse me for over 3/4 of a tank of oil and file a dismissal with housing court for my no fault eviction. I followed my end of agreement and I have been out for well over a month was supposed to be reimbursed for oil within 30 days and he informs me today he isn't paying it. That's like 800$ worth of oil left for him to use kd not pay for. Looks like I will be taking him to court. This should be fun!

Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Our family has been using them for over 20 years for auto, homeowners, renters and commercial insurance. They are always on top of things. Their registry runner was a God send during the pandemic!

I got a quote from Stochaj for 2 2008 vehicle worth no more than $20k together. I gave all my information for my company, they quoted me $3360 for the year. I paid for the year in full and then the next month I got a bill for an additional $1990. I called and Diane told me that when they ran another report it adjusted my price and basically there was nothing they could do. If it was an additional $100-200 I would understand but to go increase the years premium by more than 50% of the original quote is a little ridiculous.. I've never had this happen before with any other insurance company and now will have to go through a bunch of hoops just to sign up for a different policy which I don't have time for. Very disappointed..
