Customer Reviews
I have had a Representative from this company, call me every day. I have told each time they’ve called. I am not interested. Stop calling. Take my name off your list. This is extremely annoying. It’s got to be against some of my rights when I say stop you should stop.
I had a client call me yesterday regarding an agent that works for this company. She has been calling my client to urge her to enroll in a plan and advising that she only has until September 1 to enroll. Medicare Beneficiaries need to know that NO ONE should be calling you to talk about your Medicare unless you have requested that they do so. And NO ONE is allowed to try and use scare tactics to get the enrollment done. The plan she is selling is a five star plan which allows people to enroll all year. No deadline. I am suggesting my client report this agent to the Department of Insurance in both her state and the state of Florida where my client lives. I am reporting her to the carrier. Follow up - they enrolled her in August without her consent. She is calling Medicare to work on gettin
This place is unethical, and is very up-front about it. I got my health insurance through them, and I truly wish I hadn't. I recently got a letter from one of their agents, warning that my Medicare Advantage plan did not include hospital coverage. I was invited to purchase more insurance through them to cover hospital stays. I called Medicare. Their employee told me that Part A of Medicare, which I have, covers hospitalizations. eHealth was trying to sell me something I didn't need. The Medicare employee encouraged me to file a complaint with my state's Insurance Commissioner. When I searched the site to find eHealth's license number to do business in my state, they were nowhere to be found. So they may be doing unlicensed business in my state and others.
What a terrible company. Signing up people for Medicare plans, and they give them misinformation about what is included in the plan. They are taking advantage of the elderly to sell plans that do not benefit them in anyway.
Not professional, not responsive and terrible management. No communication skills whatsoever.
