Reached out for a quote after being referred and did some homework to see they had pretty good reviews. Getting a quote for home insurance is not supposed to be too tricky of a thing, but getting asked a series of questions over several emails I thought was a little unorganized, but fine for a quote. The agent (Jay) then started asking for more stuff than I believe was needed (since no other companies that shared quotes with me asked for any info like this) so when I asked if he really needed this for a quote, he simply ghosted me. I followed up 2 weeks later after not hearing back and he simply said that since I did not provide that information that they have closed their file. I replied 1 more time to clarify that I wanted to not waste HIS time for unnecessary info for just a quote b
