Nothing but problems with this damn agency! Really starting to get sick of it. I’ve been with them for YEARS and never had a problems until Michelle L. started! Never wants to help out, just not worried about getting a pay check and leaving at 5 on the dot. Will be looking for a new agency!

Ever since Tracy Kolano left it’s been nothing but negatively and problems! Wish I could find another insurance agency!

By any means it is not worth using this company for insurance. I had a problem with them years ago with a commercial policy they never sent my money into the company. I believe it was Shawn and my policy got canceled and it took a month for them to reinstate it. I try to give him another chance years later on a regular auto insurance policy and they missed quoted me and waited to two days before I was about to get canceled and told me there was a mistake and tried to question me on the mistake instead of owning up on it, Tracy, the manager tried to call me back and argue with me instead of just taking responsibility for the messing up again use another also, it is hard to get a hold of them when you call and it’s a circus use another agent
