At first I chose All State because a good friend recommended that it was a good car insurance company, and indeed it was, but with some minor non-relevant exceptions, basically because of its ease in managing your policy from the home comfort through its website, but after many months without complaints and with the self-payment service, everything was APPARENTLY going well until I began to notice absurd charges that removed small amounts of contributions for things that I did not understand had to do with a car policy, even so I left it unchanged, until one day I wanted to add someone and the whole plan changed, raising its price to double for an absurd amount, then I decided not to pay anything more, anyway they kept charging me and they renewed my policy without my consent, That's when

Eduardo and his team are very pleasant and professional. They are always available and take care of any concerns quickly and gracefully. I can honestly say they are the best at what they do. If you are looking to save $$$ on auto or home insurance give them a call. You won’t regret it. Thank you!

Great customer service !! I met Eduardo Villarreal and actually he was the one that helped me with my new policy, we went over all services and car coverage with me. I ended adding my house insurance with them..... not just that... Mr. Villarreal set a plan based on my budget... Great customer service, Great attitude !!

I’ve had Allstate for about 2 yrs at Villarreal office. Im not rating Allstate i’m rating this particular office. Since the beginning they have been very respectful and courteous. I highly recommend this office , if you’re thinking about switching to Allstate get it with this office. They can’t really do much on the rates but they do give you options to lower your insurance monthly rate. Good job Mr. Villarreal for having excellent staff! Thank you!
