I swear this office is the best! Kim and the rest are so professional. Called on the 3rd about adding a car to my plan and the reps took notes for her. We got the car added and then she saw another note and gave me a call back today to make sure everything was handled since she's saw the old note, even though we talked last week, she just wanted to make sure thoroughly the situation was taking care of. This is the type of group you want to work with. I've always loved this team and absolutely appreciated Kim contacting me. Thank you again!

I am happy and satisfied with my experience and appreciate the friendly staff at Edinburg Insurance.. My Dad may be interested in speaking with someone about his auto and homeowners insurance toward the end of the year. He has been with his insurance since 1991 and feels he is being overcharged, especially on auto since he has not had any moving violations or accidents since the late 1970's.

My agent is Kim Green at Edinburg Insurance who provided great service. Following a January snow storm I attempted to exit my driveway which is long and curvy with an uphill section at the end. As I was climbing the uphill portion I stopped to let my neighbor pass. Unfortunately, my vehicle decided to slide backward on the icy drive and out into a field. My brakes and steering gave no control on the ice. I was marooned because of the ice and could not move the vehicle. I called a local tow company who came in an hour and got me back onto the "high" road. I paid the tow driver by credit card, submitted my invoice by email to Kim and had a check within a week.... before I even got the bill for the credit card I used. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks, Kim!

Edinburg Insurance came through for me at one of the most difficult times I’m my life; the loss of my husband. Matt was so helpful and compassionate! Kim Green went above and beyond to help me feel safe and comfortable with the many changes and challenges that I was facing. The end result could not have been better.
