If I could give a negative star review I would. I was rear-ended by a person who was insured by this company. After waiting a few days to hear from their insurance company I was informed by my insurance company that I needed to call the party at faults insurance company. I called this Agency, as they cover the person at fault in my accident and was treated like absolute trash. After explaining to Roberto that I was hit by one of his customers and that they were very sketchy (asking me not to call the police, etc) he was more than rude. He told me that I just needed to wait until her insurance called me and wouldn't give me the number I needed to call to check on the claim. I tried to tell him that I was worried about there not being a claim and that I was worried that there wasn't a leg

Worst experience through this Insurance Agency. Roberto is unprofessional, arrogant, and ignorant. DO NOT run any insurance though this Agency. They make Insurance companies look bad. Luckily I filed my claims straight through the company who was able to give me every LEGAL information I needed such as claims, parties, and Adjuster information. Roberto is skeptical and shady, refused to help or give a claim number, although I tried to provide him with insurance and personal information to move the process forward. Roberto hangs up the phone, is lazy, and unprofessional. Again if you have your insurance through this agency, I highly advise that you cancel and switch to an agency that will be professional and can help process claims legally and properly.

I did plenty of research simply looking for the lowest price for basic coverage, Egdgars is by far the lowest and easiest to deal with, I get to talk to the same gentleman every time and he remembers my name, 5 stars....keep up the good work

Roberto reduced my rate by half from Progressive, I'm really happy about it!
