Cristina was very helpful today! My mom’s car needed a tow truck to where we’d have to wait approximately 2 hrs for one. With Cristina’s assistance, we received a tow truck that arrived within 20 minutes! Granted our situation, Cristina definitely made our experience a whole lot better.
