Eddie Pacheco: Allstate Insurance

Great Employees, we've dealt with this office since year 2000. It was adequate and met our insurance needs. Few years ago Mr Pacheco took over From Mr Good (who used to own the business). There was no tremendous shift in anything, until Jesse Sciascia was handed our account. Mr. Sciascia has been exemplary in communicating with us concerning our insurance needs. He's personable, he's on top of things, and he returns calls, which was the exception pre Pacheco days. If Jesse does not know an answer he will go find the correct answer and communicate it to us. Agent Jesse Sciacia was extremely helpful with my first claim experience. He was always available, provided helpful instructions on what was going on. He kept me informed as to what actions that he was taking and directing me to the people that I needed to contact. Mostly he was very patient, especially when I was running into some roadblocks to process the claim. Hopefully, I won't need to make another claim, but if I do I would feel very confident if Jesse was handling. Thanks for all of the help!
