Ed Wentz - State Farm Insurance Agent

Walked into this office on Thursday, May 15 at 3:15. Then proceeded to stand at the customer counter for 10 minutes straight awaiting the acknowledgement of my presence. All while their clerk named Zach, was busy in what appeared to be gaming. Being that he was wearing a pair of gamer headphones with his right ear uncovered. Apparently, to hear any customers entering the premises I'm assuming. The entire time that I stood at the counter I was never acknowledged. So just left to avoid wasting any more of my time. Called the following Monday to complain about this incident. Low and behold, Zach answered the phone. He kept repeating, "Hello, is anyone there." Not sure if the phone was not working, or if it was a ruse to get me to hang up so he could continue his gaming uninhibited. I went on

Ed was great. He has always helped me with my grand daughter's accounts. He helped me save a huge pint and make sure my wife and I are better protected. He and his staff are very nice Everytime you go in or call the office, and will always go the extra distance. I am so glad I am switching.

This office makes confusing insurance simple! Zach always offers an inviting friendly conversation while assisting you with your needs. Trevor & Ed have endless insurance knowledge. Between the two if they don't have an answer, they get you one and get back right back to you. I would highly recommend this office and staff. Personable and professional people.
