Used them for years for my auto insurance. Never had any problems until recently. Had 3 rate increases in the last year, with no explanation as to why. Last increase was outrageous, almost $600, again no explanation. When asked, they couldn't give me a reason for it, and were not interested in trying to figure out why. Very nonchalant about it, and seemed to not care if they kept my business.

Their business was hard to find there's no numbers on the building as to indicate the address. If First responders can't find your building, do you think that would make your insurance go up ?
