Ed Nieves: Allstate Insurance

I have been with this particular office for over 40 years. I’ve been with Mr. Nieves since he took this position. I can say, without hesitation that he honestly has the best interests of his customers at heart. I trust him so much that I rarely review my renewals unless I need something extra. My other family members also use his services and are delighted. He has saved me money by pointing out different things and by making suggestions. And no, it’s not because I’m a long time customer. That’s because he knows how to keep his customers. He is a wonderful person, trustworthy and kind.

It was really great for the most pert, however my last conversation with a lady who answered the phone was very difficult. She was unfriendly and brash. I tried reasoning with her but it was her way or the highway. I did have a young man when I first transferred my account from my aunt to myself because it was willed to me in her estate. He did everything he could to assist me. I did not have all of the documents that were needed to complete the transfer and he gave me some time to locate them and called me back. It was a great experience and he was very kind. I hope that she can learn a few things from him.

Lured us in with a great rate, only to learn that the coverages we had requested were not what we had. After making the changes, we were paying a little more than we had been before switching from GEICO.

This is the worst office and very unprofessional!!!! The woman who works here doesn't know anything about the insurance. She made me come back to finish my paper work because she had to pick up a kid from the bus stop. Smh Run away to another location!!!! If I could give 1/4 of a star I would.

I have been with Allstate for many, many years. I have only had a few instances where I had to file a claim and have only had great experience with them diring the process.
