Nicole was absolutely amazing. I was just at the verge of switching to a new insurance company and I thought to call and let my agent know. Nicole responded to my call, she was able to answer all my concerns with a very soothing, friendly voice. She took time to review my policy with me with very clear explanations. She even made me laugh and appreciated my call. Of course, after such conversations I was like…“I’m not going anywhere”. Thank you Nicole was such an excellent service. I recently switched my car and auto insurance over to State Farm with the help of Casey. She is Absolutely wonderful to work with, and she helped me step-by-step through the entire process. She was also able to let me know about Life insurance policies that could benefit both myself and my children. These are things that you can’t get when you sign up with the online competition. Plus, she was just a great person to work with overall definitely recommend this agency!
