Lindsey Cooper has been helping me with my insurance for some time, and she's done an amazing job! She's been able to lower our costs and has always gone out of her way to help us. Whenever I have had a question, the correct response was immediate from her! She works very hard and it is obvious.

An Insurance agent Sharon Disque (as described in several reviews) did my auto insurance policy. Few months later, I recieved an additional charge of $2,000. I was told by the new insurance agent who replaced Sharon Disque that the policy was wrongly issued by Sharon and she would refund my money. I believe when she realised that its not possible to refund, then her boss who is the partner in this (Michael Goras) became extremely rude and refused to give me the refund. Even after written email that Sharon issued wrong policy, I was told that they cannot do anything about it. Please stay away from this company.

Lindsey is a super agent! She is a genuine, caring, warm, and competent agent. I, as a policy holder, have complete confidence that my questions and her answers are accurate and suited to my personal needs. She follows through in a timely manner and searches out all possibilities until she and the policy holder are both satisfied with the results. Lindsey is one in a million!

Sandy Wilson did an excellent job for us after Hurricane Irma. She walked us through the process so that we could get a 100% reimbursement for our condo assessment.
