I’ve never reviewed an insurance agent before, but Carson Kelly is a comedy of errors. He set me up for homeowner insurance over the phone and email, but when I informed him he had the wrong mailing address, he was unable to change it. Then the company he set me up with, American Modern, stopped drafting my account without notice or warning. Their representative claimed they had never drafted my account yet I have the bank records to prove they did. All this resulted in three claims not being paid. Carson never did his due diligence as an insurance producer making me aware of problems with the insurance company.
