I've been a customer for over 15 years and always was satisfied with the agents reaching out to me of any assistance. Thankfully in that time,I never needed to file a claim until now. I've been satisfied for now with the claim process and hope I receive a settlement that can assist with my property loss.

Seem Very honest and upfront A very professional and helpful attitude. Matthias Coy, was my agent at Coyco Allstate, this man is very knowledgeable and helpful with a pleasant attitude. He helped me solve my car insurance problems which I could not get resolved with the 800 # , I am very happy with the service I received here

Awful customer service, not cool to cancel someone's policy and not inform them. Managed to inform the DMV and made them aware but gave us no insight on it. Policy was cancelled on July 2nd, and received the letter of their cancellation by the NYS DMV on the 18th. And then still had the nerve to take my payment for insurance the week prior. Earl Coy should not be trusted. Gives Allstate a bad name.

I would give more stars if more was available. Earl Coy is phenomenal -- the absolute BEST! He epitomizes the company's slogan "you're in good hands . . ." He is professional, resourceful and very personable, always going out of his way to help. May God bless his business with exponential growth.
