Jennifer was lovely to work with, enrollment was straightforward and easy. I had issues with paying my premium for the new insurance and after following the instructions I was given my account wasn't showing up. I called several times. I think at some point Josephine Sakyi the customer service rep got tired of answering my calls and she thought the best thing to do was act like there was a connection issue and claim my environment was noisy, and then hang up on me, mind you I was at home and had made many other calls at that time. That’s the most unprofessional representative I've ever spoken to.
