**They will NEVER return your calls ** I have been with them for over 5+ yrs with multi car and home insurance(s). When I noticed my auto premium went up again, I called 2 weeks before my lapse date to get a new quote. Debbie was busy so I left a message with a lady there and gave her all my info. I waited for 5 days and left another message. I still have yet to received any call backs 21 days after my first call. I ended up buying it online for $700 cheaper (with same company and same coverage amount) than what it would have been using this company. I can't believe I was paying so much over the years. I'm very disappointed in how they treat their long time customers.
