I’d like to leave a specific review for Ernie Metzner. Ernie is a delight to work with, he is very personable and cares about the clients. He got me a plumber out the next day, I thought I had a leak. The plumber had a full day so got here about 545, left at 730. Ernie made himself available, even though his shift ended at 5, to be there to approve the claim and make sure the plumber was paid for services rendered. I truly appreciate Ernie’s time and excellent customer service. There should be more people as dedicated as Ernie.

Summer was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and attention to detail stood out right from the start. Eddie was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. He did a fantastic job with the service and went above and beyond. Both Summer and Eddie truly represent outstanding customer service. Dynamic Home Repairs is an amazingly good company. I have worked with Ernie of dynamic home repair and he has been Johnnie on the spot each time I have used this company. RAC unit went out and a cold front was approaching within two days. Early contacted the repair company and they came out to assess the problem. The following day they obtain the parts and return to affect the repairs on the AC unit. I cannot recommend this company too highly as they respond immediately effectively and with good results. We had issues with our less than a year old hot water heater and Ernie was amazing! He sent out Tracy who fixed our hot water heater and was also amazing! Both were professional and efficient as well as both were extremely nice! Thank you all for everything!!
