Still waiting to hear from ''underwriting''...it's been 1 month and multiple follow-up emails. No apologetic response nor updates explaining the situation. Opted for another broker who got us a policy within 12 hours. I can't comprehend the delay and the drastic change of customer service in comparison to two years ago.

I have been with this agency for close to 10 years and have known of them for close to 20 years. These are the people you want in your corner when you need your insurance to come save the day. Local honest good people. Farmers is Great as well. Since I have been a customer here I have had several needs come up. From having my cars towed to a shop, windshield replacements, hail damage to my roof and water damage in my house. Always shocked by the ease at which they just handle it. Never met a shady adjuster from Farmers. Once when it iced over I slid into another car at about 2 mph. I gave the guy and my info and told him to call Ross Gray. He was so impressed he later called to thank me because they had taken care of everything he needed without question. If you wonder where the locals

This is it!! They have been the same people in same location for something like 30 years. I have shopped rates and coverage many times. Have NEVER found better rates for equal coverage anywhere. I have complete faith my insurance needs are met and I am not paying more than would be with gutted coverage somewhere else. Insurance is complicated. They have the experience and knowledge to guide you.

I would have to say this is this place to go for insurance they have great customer service so friendly and always happy to help. They are very easy to deal with. We need more companies like this in Austin!
