Dykstra, Kemp & Biel Inc: Allstate Insurance

I was contacted by this firm for a quote, which I received approximately 2 weeks ago. Had a few calls to make sure that I was comparing "apples to apples" and this morning called to complete the transition, and they tried to switch me into a 3rd tier provider that they we reselling. I would not recommend this organization!!!!!

Allstate has been my go-to insurance company for years! Automobile and home, and they are simply the best! Very cost effective, customer service is always phenomenal! I will stick with them for the next few decades if they keep up the great work :)!

Nelson and their team are one of the best insurance agencies I have ever worked with. They are super knowledgeable and talked normally to me, not in some insurance jargon lol, so I really understood what I was buying. They had by far the best rates on home insurance too. Definitely looking forward to having them insure everything for a long time to come. We genuinely trust them.

Dykstra, Kemp & Biel are the best in the biz. They are extremely quick to respond to questions. They were very quick to offer support and assistance in a recent claim we had. They took the point and it was resolved very quickly. They're constantly reviewing our policies to make sure we're covered where we need to be and not trying to upsell us on coverage we don't need. Often times we end up with lower premiums based on their reviews.

BEWARE! Poorest customer service ever. They are extremely good quoting and attracting first time business, but afterwards they don’t service customers at all, there’s no follow up on questions, they don’t return your calls and emails; I never received the quote for a new car insurance policy and lost coverage on a rental because the team dropped the ball and didn’t follow up with underwriter.
