Looking for insurance has been a nightmare dealing with the automated systems and algorithms. In Northern Arizona and other rural areas its not like in the city where things are established. My agent Marvin Ignacio, was very polite, professional and informative. He illustrated how signing up with State Farm, was the better deal. After being with Progressive for many years, they were a recent disappointment by not communicating with me properly after I had a traffic incident.
