I’m posting this review to warn any business owner who is looking for insurance coverage. I do not recommend this company at all. I paid over $4,000 just as a deposit, plus very high monthly payments and upfront fees. From the beginning, I provided them with a clear copy of the exact insurance coverage my business required, and I was assured that the policy would work. I was also told that if the coverage did not work, my money would be refunded. The insurance they placed me with was completely useless. The carrier they selected did not allow me to perform my services, which caused me to lose multiple clients and business opportunities. 4/27/24Update: If you Cancel with this company or who they contract with for Car Insurance Mendota/Advantage. They will Not Only NOT notify you of Cancellation but will REPORT you to the DMV & BACKDATE their communication with you so you get a Fine.. Lovely huh? DO NOT get insurance here. I don’t care how desperate you are . Research Mendota Insurance reviews. I wish I had before coming here. Absolutely Horrifying. If you cancel MAKE SURE YOU HAVE another insurance in place and all proof of communication & records. Mmmmm… Decent car insurance Prices but Zero Customer Service. They NEVER answer the phone & when you go there someone is literally SITTING at the front desk. So That’s Weird. Talk about refreshing doing business straight forward... they gift wrapped the best coverage at the best price, I really believe they have more access to the best underwriters and that great relationship was passed along to my business. CHRIS IS THE BOMB!!! Ashley and his staff are great. We use them for our car dealership in a variety of forms and products that they offer. From car warranties to Gap policy's its a ONE STOP shop for us! They saved us a ton of money on our huge policy for all our cars on the lot. Over $4000 dollars a year.
