For more than a century, Dryden Mutual has been a team that has you covered during the most trying times. They are a first-rate home and commercial insurance company whose sole mission is to make filing a claim as easy as possible when dealing with a devastating loss. I had a very negative experience working with an internal adjuster at this company. She repeatedly stated that she was trying to help me with my claim, but her actions ultimately showed otherwise. The experience felt misleading and left me feeling like I was not being given honest guidance. Because of this, I no longer trust this company or their claims process.

By far the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. They go over and beyond on their home inspections and nit pick on every level. They were untimely in issuing my homeowners policy and made me jump through hoops to get the policy finalized. After they sent a photographer out to take pictures of my property they complained about the gutters on the home and did not want to insurance my barn at its replacement value. My barn is in good condition and is a 40 by 60 and they said they would only insure it for $20, 000 . They sent a letter for me to fix and comply with all their demands. If I could give them less than one star I would. I have had other bigger insurance companies that were far easier to deal with. I recommend you look elsewhere for insurance.

Do not trust these people. Avoid them at all costs. I don’t even know how long my husbands company has been unsure with this people, I would guess more than 10 years, but it’s the first time he submits a claim and they rejected it even though he had the policy that is supposed to cover him. And of course, this was NOT a dissatisfaction issue, like the insurance wanted to state. But I should’ve read all the bad reviews they have before even submitting the claim.

The Worst insurance company I have had to deal with. We had a house fire 2 years ago. They refused to cover anything that my fiance had in the house.. I turned everything in to them over a year to get back the depreciation for replacing everything. I have been in contact with lawyers because they should have covered EVERYTHING that was in that house...they took the easy way out..
