Update: Have to drop to 4 stars after unexpectedly receiving the Drive and Safe safe driving tracking devices when, from my recollection, I thoroghly discussed this with Craig and was pretty clear I was not a fan of these devices and didn't want it. When we sat to do a final review of the policies before signing this was not covered so I had no expectation that this 10% discount was applied. When I brought it to Craig's attention, he apologized for the misunderstanding but would not eat the cost difference saying it's "not that huge of a difference." It's not the end of the world, but not a 5/5 experience. I prefer dealing with insurance agents in person. Drew's office had great reviews and was close by.
