Drayton Riley - State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve been with Drayton Riley’s office using State Farm for a long time. I’ve left them twice and regretted it. I’ve always come back. His staff is awesome and are always kind, prompt and helpful. Customer service and kindness is always a priority for me with any service and Drayton and his team nail it every time. It’s wonderful to speak to a person and not a call center :)

Courtnie is a great asset to the agency. She is always courteous, prompt and professional. I moved out of Drayton's immediate service area, but have kept him and his team as my insurance provider because they have always treated me right. I highly recommend this team (Drayton, Kim, and Courtnie)!

Drayton's office has the best customer service! This year I have made a claim for an unexpected home repair and purchased auto insurance for my 16 year old. Each time they have made the whole experience easy by being super responsive, knowledgeable, and professional!

My son and his girlfriend were in a major automobile accident heading back to school after Thanksgiving. They were about 4-5 hours from home. I contacted Drayton immediately and both he and his office personnel sprang into action and provided specific instruction in orchestrating the ins/outs of the claims process. Even though both kids were okay and they walked away without a scratch, Drayton was the "calm in the storm" during a very stressful time. I still find it hard to believe that within 48 hours of the accident, the vehicle had been deemed a total loss and the claim had been settled...very much to my satisfaction. Drayton and State Farm made a very difficult situation a whole lot easier to contend with and I am very grateful for that.

I have had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service from Courtnie and the support staff at Drayton Riley's office. With jumping on the phone sometimes being a challenge during the day, text support is SO appreciated. Courtnie always takes the extra time to jump in and help make my experience amazing! Thank you!!!
