HORRIBLE!! If you get hit by a State Farm insured you will have to jump hoops to get anything done! I feel they do this on purpose!! You can’t go to any auto Repair shop without an approval!!! SMH! Waste of time and gas and terrible customer service!!! Thinking of seeking legal advice!

There was one missed payment for my insurance which was not fault , but they denied me to be as their customer, after more than years. Got better deal than them now from other insurance company luckily.

I’ve had a great experience with State Farm. Excellent customer service. Doug has taken the time to explain in details my auto policy coverage and limits. He even took time to provided me with excellent information as to what to look for when searching to buy a new auto.

I had the opportunity to review my homeowners policy with Amaris Newport. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and assisted me in understanding the impact of adding or deleting many of the many coverages available. This process took quite awhile, but she maintained a helpful and cheerfull attitude. Thank You!!

Lori is trash. Doesn’t give a crap about the customer. Want to talk to anyone talk to Debra. Leaving after being a customer over 10 years. Clearly loyalty doesn’t matter for them just money. One an accident happens they always look for the cheapest option.
