Doug has been our agent for years and we are so grateful for he and his staff. I recently had a fender bender, and I'm so impressed with the ease and efficiency of the claims process. Before I could even call the police, State Farm was calling me to see if I was ok. They handled everything from ordering a tow truck, arranging the collision shop and even arranging my rent a car. Devote the time to researching & interviewing the agent as you would a physician, a lawyer, an electrician, & a plumber. You won't find an agency as knowledgeable, kind, and helpful as Douglas Jonson's with his great staff. Veterans & Military are recognized. Doug's son served for six years. My agent was Laura Kappler. She did an excellent job of explaining all my options. And, what really impressed me, she did exactly what she told me she was going to do and it was done in a timely manner. She is very knowledgeable and I enjoyed working with her. Recommend her to anyone who needs insurance.
