Doug Hill - State Farm Insurance Agent

After 15 plus years of using state farm for car and home insurance I would not recommend!!!! While the ladies who are actually in the office and answer phones are wonderful dont expect to get anything from Doug Hill he doesnt just lack communication he doesnt do it... my first problem came when they failed to inform me of paperwork that needed to get signed and they stopped taking my automatic payments then canceled my car insurance I wasnt informed till I got a letter from Dmv and had to pay hundreds to get it all fixed (mind you i have never missed a payment before)... then just a few months later he failed to inform me my homeowners insurance was dropped due to a claim... I went over a month without knowing again he failed to I form me AND TO TOP IT OFF AFTER MULTIPLE REQUESTS HE STILL

Brooke is wonderful in everything she has helped me with. Any questions or concerns she is right on top of it. She is friendly and very respectful and makes things so easy for me. She deserves a raise and praise for her hard work. Thank you Brooke!

Just moved to town recently, Changed all insurance over to Doug. Doug and Brooke could not have been more helpful, guiding us through the process, we received our auto insurance cards promptly and Brooke made changes last minute. Thank you, to both of them !

Customer friendly. Time considerate. Not.. your typical insurance agency. Brooke made it easy and I will refer others to this company because of that!
