Dorrit is a fantastic agent. She searched and helped our family find the best rates for our house and cars. She and the office staff are very personable and made us feel safe and protected.

Unprofessional and extremely rude. I'm disgusted with how they communicate to people with a rotten attitude and foul language.

I have been a client of Dorrit Emerich’s for 15 years. I have both my homeowners and auto policies with State Farm through Dorrit. The convenience of dealing with a local office, pricing and the exceptional customer service provided by Dorrit and her team are all factors in why i continue as a client. Her team members.. Kim and Kortny are always responsive to phone calls and requests re: policies and billing. Kim is very knowledgeable re: policy terms and coverages. Recently, I was out of town when my renewals were due and Kortny processed the payment for me with a simple phone call.Great customer service ladies! Dorrit and her team have a great business model.

Stay away from this office. They took horrible advantage of my father and ruined his insurance record. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Called to get updated documents. Was told i was too quiet the entire time and it sounded as if i was being helped on speaker phone. I heard several people on the line…extremely unprofessional. I asked if i could remain on the line to make sure i received the documents and her response was, “i dont have time for that”. This is the absolute WORST customer service i have ever experienced! Oh yeah, and im still waiting to receive my documents. She needs to be fired.
