Terrible service! I was with this company for 7 years. Never could get in touch with anyone unless I called and pressed the button to be a new customer. Charging us extra for additional insured. The last rep which they change all the time, Wade skinner asked me why did I want to add a company as an additional insured. I figured he should know that answer being in commercial insurance but I guess not. So I finally found a company to do business with and canceled my coverages and was told I didn't owe anything. Which sounds about right when you're paying monthly. Donovan Insurance decides to charge me 75 percent of my premium when I only had the policy for 2 months! Stay away from these people ......wow!

We switched to Donovan & Abercrombie for our business insurance a few years ago. Their attention to detail, attentiveness and customer service are all excellent and we couldn't be more happy with them. I highly recommend them.

I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service and attitude as I have with this company.

Terrible service. Broker/agent can’t be bothered to return calls. Collects commission and that’s it.
