My agent, Alana, is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. She never fails to get me the best deal. For policy service, Taylor is simply wonderful. Although she is a VP at the agency, she gets involved in the minutia of billing details with insurance companies to fix errors and to make sure they are charging their customers correctly. She has saved me countless hours of calling insurance companies directly. I really appreciate Taylor and all she has done to service our policies!

We’re starting our 2nd year with DGA and we could not say enough good things about them! Taylor is our “go-to” person and she has been great! My husband & I wanted to find another agency where you could actually meet with your agent if you wanted to, and you can always speak with that same person when you call. Not only did we get that, but Taylor is incredibly responsive and always pleasant, helpful and knowledgable.
