ZERO STARS! This is absolutely the most unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with. They not only wrote our policy wrong, but they provided inaccurate details (wrong city, wrong phone number, wrong spelling of company name, wrong classification) to the Insurance company. They couldn't figure out how to write the policy because they had never heard of our type of store before! We sell grills and fireplaces; pretty simple. Kimberly never followed-through, her voicemail says she was out of the office but the message saying "today is" was from a 4 months prior. My car insurance through travelers was cancelled due to a suspended license in a different state. That was completely my own fault. But what made things even worse was the fact that I never got a phone call or a letter from Donald Bailey agency. Travelers said they have sent a letter but I never received one. I drove around for over 40 days uninsured. i found out 40 days later when I called to renew for another 6 month. They enter your banking information in wrong and get you the customer a lapse of insurance costing the customer thousands of dollars a year. When the customer ask them to fix the mistake Tabithas reply is sorry you feel this way but we cannot do anything. It's progressive policy not Cohen bailies policy. If You want the phone number The customer can call progressive and take it up with them. Are you kidding me. I am the customer.Your my agent and you messed it up not me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET INSURANCE.
