Don Moffett: Allstate Insurance

Brian has often provided valuable information concerning our Auto and Home policies. He goes out of his way to make sure we understand what will be best for us. The remedies he suggests have provided good solutions to the questions we posed.

I was with Allstate for 5 years, until I had to end the relationship because the coverage was too high for me and associates didn't assist me by any means necessary. Different agents give you different answers, and it doesn't solve any problems and doesn't solve questions to be answered. Brian Hunt was passive aggressive with me on questions concerning my policy along with having an attitude. Allstate may not be for me, but there's always better customer service than Allstate.

I have had a good experience with Allstate. I have only one concern and that is that the cost is a little bit on the high side. Other than that customer service is good and I do all my business from an app. I also use driveways which helps give me a discount on my insurance. They do a good job but could lower their prices.

ALSTATE LEEPS GOING UP HIGHER AND HIGHER, I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ACCIDENT IN THE LAST 20 YEARS. BUT THEY CONTINUE TO RAISE THE PRICE, I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR MANY YEARS AND NOT BEEN DISCOUNTED AT ALL. LOOKING FOR A BETTER RATE INSURANCE COMPANY.
