Don Middleton - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've had a very good experience with this agency. I started looking for different options for my car insurance a few months ago, so it was not simply a nice surprise to learn that I could get a better rate, but a more secure feeling with my policy as a whole. My policy and coverage was explained to me in a way I could better understand what I am paying for each month, and the staff has been very helpful with changes and questions. For instance, I spoke with Kay about transferring insurance from a vehicle I recently sold to my newly purchased vehicle, a process that took only a few minutes to complete. Two thumbs up.

Metreol is a very kind and detailed insurance guide! He not only helped me but my mother and was so patient with us both. Extremely helpful… from car insurance, renters insurance and even connected my business insurance with a specialist provider. While I was moving from out of state they were able transfer the account and combine discounts. My agent was very helpful in describing the costs and risks of each element of plan and how much it shifts the price point. Very thorough and diligent as they helped me find the right options, no sales or hype just great service.
