Zero stars would be what this agency deserves. I am being charged for a $300,000 policy on a house that has a $90000 mortgage. I was hustled into a car insurance program with a plug in device and this man has had my devices sent to an address that was never attached to a single Allstate policy. Then ignores every attempt to resolve the situation. All they have done is increase rates and completely ignore their customers. They are thieves and outside of calling your agent directly all there seems to be is a dead end voice mail box for attempting to get a hold of anyone else that works for Allstate. The only time I got any kind of help was when I followed the rabbit hole to tech support. This was the only way I was able to put in a ticket for assistance. This agency is a joke and if I weren'

Am beyond shocked at the low level of service my husband and I have received. After over 40 calls to them since January (emails to Don and to Alex) they still have not answered us and we are paying clients. Appalling service - we feel completely disrespected. The bad service continues as we tried to add things to the insurance and they conveniently ignored our emails. Go elsewhere as these people care nothing for their clients once you sign up and have a debit order in place. You would think they would email and apologize (if that was the case we would take the review down) however it called us to a point of desperation due to lack of response to us for months with countless messages, calls, emails.

The Don Johnson Agency is by far the best when it comes to professionalism and helping you with insurance needs. They work with you and your situation to help get the best rate possible. I've been with this agency for awhile now and I would recommend it to anyone. Any discounts or bundles they will attempt to do to save you money. Myself being a young driver, they snagged me a great premium for my vehicle! Don and Nick are the best!

If I could give negative numbers I would. I called because insurance was taken out in my name. After being transferred multiple times, I reached an agent that told me to WRITE to their office in Illinois. Who write to anyone in 2022? I asked for a supervisor and was told that there was not one available and she would send a message and that they probably wont call me back. I was told that they use a company that picks someone's name at random and attempts to offer them insurance. I have insurance and have had it for over 25 yrs. Allstate is a unprofessional company, and I can assure you that you would not be in Good hands!
