Don Harris - State Farm Insurance Agent

We just relocated to Fairburn from Florida and needed insurance for our home, cars, and personal liability. Dora, who answered our call and worked with us every step of the way, as absolutely AMAZING! Being in my early 60's, I have had a LOT of experience as a client of insurance companies, and Dora was simply the best ever! Thank you Dora!

Don Harris is HORRIBLE! He is EXTREMELY rude, dismissive and Unprofessional.I wouldn't advise ANYONE to do insurance business here, PERIOD. He is difficult to reach and has NEVER answered the phone or returned a phone call AND has NEVER come to the door at the fairburn location. I have had an Auto policy for about 3 years with this location and it has been a NIGHTMARE.

Stay away and beware of Don Harris and his lack of attention to detail. Don Harris was working for me for over ten years. Once the pandemic hit, and he laid off his staff his office became unorganized. He later hired agent Dora who clearly doesn't belong in the insurance business. I currently have a claim pending with proof of claim via email etc., and Don Harris is still lying and protecting his incompetent team member and hisself. Owner, Curtis Jones Jr.

I received a letter stating my insurance would be canceled. I called the agent and customer service for a week in a half. No one called me back or returned my emails. Customer service was finally able to reach the agent on an emergency number, and I was told the situation would be handled. However it wasn’t. I now have no auto insurance and have to start the process over.

I am no one. However, I do enjoy the valuable service I receive from Statefarm Don Harris branch. It's been great being a loyal customer to you!
