Gwen retired. Ok so here's the thing I always delt with Gwen, she laid everything out for me and helped with everything. When she left I could get help with anything my house literally burned down! Could I get ahold of anyone? No!

Communication with this company sucks, they barely answer the phones, never return calls nor do they inform you of changes to your policy. I requested insurance info back in Feb and have yet to receive a call back.
